Sunday 27th August​
Arrive, settle in and share a welcome dinner
​
​
Monday 28th August - Pillars of History
A day filled with Yoga, An Iron Age Replica, Open Canoeing or Paddleboarding & Foraging. The day culminates watching the sun set whilst enjoying an Outdoor Spa experience.

Tuesday 29th August - Natural Pillars
Starting our day with our ritual of morning Yoga before a cycling tour taking in Waterfalls, Ancient Oaks, and Scotland's smallest Cathedral in Dunkeld.

Wednesday 30th August - Pillars of the Community
Morning Yoga followed by the best Aberfeldy has to offer sampling a Whisky Tour, Coffee Roastery, Gift shops or an in-house massage! After a relaxing day you have the option of joining us on a local mountain walk.

Thursday 31st August - Ancient Pillars
A day connecting to nature, travelling through the ancient woodlands (circa 2000 yrs) pausing for Yoga, Forest Bathing and Meditation on route.

Friday 1st September
Final Yoga session and farewell brunch.





The Adventure and Yoga Retreat has been created to lift your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in a friendly, small-group retreat. Located in a stunning part of Scotland we will take you via adventurous means to visit the best Highland Perthshire has to offer. Yoga, meditation, canoeing/paddleboarding, hiking, cycling, wild swimming, forest bathing included, and all fitness/ability levels are catered for.
You will be staying in a beautiful Guest House (Fernbank), which feels like home from home. Meals will be home-cooked, nutritious, healthy and plentiful. Activity will be balanced out with time given to kick back and relax.

Your will be hosted by Tina and Dave. Tina is a Yoga Teacher and the Proprietor of Fernbank Guest House. Dave runs Wellbeing Journeys and has over 25 years of experience and all the required qualifications to teach the outdoor activities. To make your experience truly unique and memorable local poets, storytellers, musicians, chocolatiers, foragers, and historians will join us at various points throughout the week.
Pricing from £1450.00, and single or shared rooms are available.
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable holding deposit as spaces are strictly limited. Retreat dates can be moved at no cost if your space can be filled.
